Custom Made T-Shirt Quilt

Our T-shirt quilts can also honor loved ones with a comforting memorial keepsake, offering a thoughtful way to preserve special memories.

I usually add 1–3 inches of sashing between each shirt block for a more uniform look. I also add lightweight stabilizer behind each shirt for added durability and a cohesive feel. One or two borders finish the quilt top. I provide all materials—including stabilizer, thread, fabric for sashing, borders, backing, and binding as well as 80/20 batting—so you only need to supply the shirts.Every quilt is crafted with care, priced fairly - all materials are included in the pricing.

$50 at checkout is to secure your place in line for your quilt. An invoice with the breakdown of your order will be sent after your order is received.

 1. Count your shirts — Gather the T-shirts, jerseys, or clothing items you'd like included in your quilt.

 2. Choose your style — Pick from one of three designs:No Sashing/Collage Style Single Sashing — Double Sashing 

 3. Place your order — Add this listing to your cart and complete checkout. In the order notes, include your shirt count and preferred style.

 4. Receive your custom invoice — Once your order is reviewed, you will receive a custom invoice with your exact total based on the final quilt size and style selected.

 5. I'll be in touch! — I'll confirm all details, discuss design options, and provide an estimated completion time.

Per-Block rates: No Sashing: $21 | Single Sashing: $23 | Double Sashing: $25

"No Sashing" is best recommended when you have 30 or more shirts or items. This style accommodates a larger number of pieces and creates a beautiful mosaic or collage effect.

Single Sashing is my go-to for giving a memory quilt a clean, finished look. 

Double Sashing works great when you have fewer shirts/items, or need to make a smaller piece into a larger block to match the others.

Constructed Blocks:

There is a $5 added fee for blocks that have to be constructed. Example: Combining two or more shirts/items to make one block.

Outer Borders:

Each outer border is $1 × how many blocks are in the quilt.Example: 2 outer borders around 20 blocks: 2 x 20 = 40 $40

Here is a guideline of how many shirts you will need to make the size quilt you want.

Small Lap / Throw (approx. 48" x 48"):12 to 16 shirts (3 x 4 grid)

Large Lap / Regular (approx. 52" x 64"):20 to 25 shirts (4 x 5 or 4 x 6 grid)

Twin Size (approx. 60" x 84"):30 to 35 shirts (5x 7 grid)

Full Size (approx. 84" x 92"):40 to 45 shirts (6 x 7 grid)

Queen Size (approx. 92" x 100"):50 to 56 shirts (7 x 8 grid)

King Size (approx. N 100" x 112"):60 to 80 shirts (8x 9 grid)
